Description:
BioLit Prestained High Range 2 Tri-Coloured Protein Ladder is a Ready-To-Use solution of carefully selected 12 stained proteins within a wide range of molecular mass (10-245 kDa).
The ladder has 12 bands at 10,15, 20, 25, 35, 45, 60, 75, 100, 140, 180 & 245 kDa covalently bonded with a chromophore. All the bands are bonded to a blue chromophore except for 75 kDa (red chromophore and 25 kDa (green chromophore)
The three colour identification in ladder helps in easy orientation of the molecular sizes of the protein bands. The markers have been carefully prepared under sterile conditions and stored in appropriate additives to ensure long term stability.
