SafeDye Green Stain is a non carcinogenic and non toxic alternative to ethidium bromide. The 20000x stain is supplied in water. The safedye green stain has a fluorescence excitation maxima at 295nm and 490nm.The fluorescence emission maxima is similar to ethidium bromide when bound to DNA at 530nm. |
