1. Add 47.02 gm powder to 1.0 liter of distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 45-50°C and add 7-15% sterile, rabbit plasma to the basal medium.
5. Mix well and pour in sterile petri plates.
