Directions :


1. Add 42.23 gm powder to distilled/purified water .
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter containing 15.0 ml glycerol and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
5. Dispense into sterile petri plates.
