Directions :


1. Add 104.40 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Dispense in tubes in 4ml amounts.
4. Autoclave at 10 psi pressure at 115°C for 15 minutes.
5. Allow the tubes to soldify in upright position.
