1. Add 12.60 gm powder to 991.0 ml distilled/purified
water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Cool to 50°C and add 9.0 ml of 1% CaCl2 solution.
4. Adjust pH to 8.4
5. Dispense into test tubes.
6. Sterilize under flowing steam for 15 minutes.
