Directions :


1. Add 36.00 gm powder to 990 ml distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 45-50°C.
5. Add aseptically 10 ml of sterile defibrinated sheep blood.
6. Gently heat while stirring and bring to 85°C for 5-10 minutes.
7. Cool to 45-50°C.
8. Dispense into sterile petri plates.
