Directions :


1. Add 52.0 gms powder in 1000 ml distilled/purified water.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 lbs pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 45-50°C.Mix well and pour in petriplates.
