Directions :


1. Add 10 ml of glycerol to distilled/purified water.
2. Add 45.30 gm powder to distilled/purified water.
3. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
4. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
5. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
6. If desired,add aseptically rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Nalidixic Selective Supplement (67124) to 1.0 liter of medium.
7.Mix well and dispense.
