Directions :


1. Add 90.07 gms powder to 1.0 liter distilled/purified water.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressue at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically,add 1 ml of sterile 1% Potassium Tellurite solution (91488).
5. Mix well.
