1. Sterile powder can be used directly.
2. For preparation of sterile liquid medium, aspetically add 30.00 gms in 1.0 liter of distilled/deionised water.
3. Gently heat to dissolve the medium.
4. Do not autoclave or overheat.
Note : If desired, filter solution through 0.22 micron filter to eliminate any possibility of presence of fibres.
