Directions :


1. Add 40.00 gm powder to distilled/purified water.
2. Bring volume to 950 ml and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
5. Cool to 45-50°C.
6. Add aseptically 50.0 ml sterile defibrinated sheep blood, Mix thoroughly.
