1. Add 63.00 gm powder to 950.0 ml distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 45-50°C.
5. Add aseptically 10 ml sterile 1% Potassium tellurite solution (91488) and mix well.
6. Add 50 ml of egg yolk emulsion.Mix well and dispense.
