Directions :


1. Add 20.00 gm powder to 1000 ml distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Allow to stand for 15 min.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling with frequent agitation.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 min.
