Applications :


Used for the selective isolation and differentiation of Campylobacter species from food and animal feeding stuffs. This medium is recommended by ISO 10272-1 & 2:2017.

Directions :


1. Add 22.75 gm powder to 500 ml of distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4.Cool to 45-50°C, aseptically add rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Campylobacter Supplement.
5. Mix well and pour in sterile petri plates.
