Directions :


1. Add 77.40 gm powder to 1.0 liter of distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Do not autoclave.
4. Cool to 45-50°C.
5. Aseptically add 20 ml iodine solution (6 grams iodine crystals and 5 grams of potassium iodide in 20 ml distilled water.)
6. Do not reheat the medium. Do not autoclave.
7. Dispense the medium into sterile tubes.
