Directions :


1. Add 85.00 gm powder to distilled/purified water.
2 Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3 Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4 Dispense into test tubes/bottles as desired.
5. Tubes : 15 ml into 20 x 150 mm test tubes. Bottles : 100 ml into 170 ml bottles.
6. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 10-15 minutes. (8-10 minutes for tubes, 15 minutes for bottles).
