Directions :


1. Add 40.00 gm powder to 980 ml distilled/purified water containing 10 ml glycerol.
2. Mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
5. Cool to 50°C.
6. Add aseptically 200.0 ml rabbit blood (prewarmed to 35°C) and mix thoroughly.
7. If desired,add 2 vials of Bordfetella Selective Supplement (66006).
