1. Aseptically add 5ml of sterile 0.2 N Sodium Hydroxide to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and pour in petriplates.
3. Add 5ml (1 vial) of supplement to 1000 ml of media- Cetrimide Agar, Base(45470).
