5. Add 10 ml of Potassium Tellurite 1% Supplement to 950ml of Baird Parker Agar Base(24562),(50222), Tryptone Tellurite Agar Base(83009), Dextrose Protease Peptone Agar Base.
6. Add 50 ml of Potassium Tellurite 1% Supplement to 950ml of Tellurite Cysteine Agar Base.
7. Add 10 ml of Potassium Tellurite 1% Supplement to 970ml of Tellurite Blood Agar Base.
8. Add 0.5 ml of Potassium Tellurite 1% Supplement to 1000ml of Diphtheria Virulence Agar Base.
9. Add 1.0 ml of Potassium Tellurite 1% Supplement to 1000ml of Mitis Salivarius Agar Base, Monsur Medium Base.
10. Add 2 ml of Potassium Tellurite 1% Supplement to 1000ml of Cholera Medium Base.
11. Add 20 ml of Potassium Tellurite 1% Supplement to 1000ml of Vogel and Johnson Agar, Base(38907).
