1. Aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and dispense as desired.
2. Add 0.3 ml of Potassium Tellurite 3.5% Supplement to 19 ml of Giolitti-Cantoni Broth.
3. Add 3 ml of Potassium Tellurite 3.5% Supplement to 950 ml of Baird-Parker Agar Base w/Sulpha (21748).
4. Add 10 ml of Potassium Tellurite 3.5% Supplement in 1000 ml of Hoyle Medium base(46946).
