Directions :


1. Add 20.4 gm powder to 500.0 ml distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Do not Autoclave.
4. Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add the rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Klebsiella Selective Supplement (29760).
5. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
