Description :

RNasin is a ribonuclease inhibitor purified from human placenta expressed in E.coli. It inhibits ribonuclease (RNase) activity of common eukaryotic enzymes such as RNaseA, RNase B, RNase C by non-covalent binding in a 1:1 ratio.

It shows no activity towards Rnase1, RNaseT1, S1 Nuclease and RNase H. It is compatible with DNA Polymerase and AMV or M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase.
