Amplification using the buffer in the reaction mix for PCR should give the required amplicons
Incubation at 37°C of the product with plasmid DNA for 24 hours should show no degradation of DNA.
10X Roseate PCR Buffer (with MgCl2) is recommended for all PCR applications with Taq DNA Polymerase (both recombinant and native)
