A 50 µl reaction containing 2 µg plasmid and 1µl of QuickRxn EcoRI incubated for 5 min at 25°C results in complete digestion.
Incubated at 37°C with DNA samples show no degradation
QuickRxn HindIII is expressed and purified from E.coli that carries the recombinant HindIII gene. In molecular biology it is used as a restriction enzyme of 35.8kDa. It creates sticky ends with 5' end overhangs. The nucleic acid sequence where the enzyme cuts is AAGCTT, which, as the complementary sequence is TTCGAA, has rotational symmetry. The reaction is conducted for 5 -15 minutes at 37°C( Quick digestion with high fidelity) and heat-inactivated at 65°C for 20 minutes.
