A Ready-to-Use highly purified, recombinant cell-dissociation Non-Animal Origin Trypsin that replaces porcine/bovine trypsin. This r-Trypsin is expressed in E.Coli and is for dissociating attachment-dependent cell lines in both serum-containing and serum-free conditions, and can be directly substituted for trypsin without protocol changes.
