Directions
1. Add 30.00 gm powder to distilled/purified water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Dispense into test tubes.
5. Autoclave at 121°C at 15 psi for 15 minutes.
