Directions
1. Add 3.27 gm powder to distilled/purified water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 litre and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Dispense into test tubes.
5. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
