Inoculate duplicate tubes of Tryptone Soya Broth with test organism and add 1 ml of Fluid A to one tube of each set.
Incubate at 20-25°C for 5 days, good recovery in the tubes containing Fluid A indicate that solution does not have antibacterial or antifungal properties.

Directions
1. Add 1.00 gm powder to 1.0 liter of distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
