Directions
1. Add 54.20 gm powder to distilled/purified water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 litre and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Dispense 19 ml medium into each test tube.
5. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
6. Cool the tubes at room temperature.
7. Aseptically add 0.3 ml of 3.5% Potassium tellurite solution(99482) to each tube.
