Directions
1. Aseptically add 2 ml of sterile 0.2N sodium hydroxide to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and dispense as desired.
3. Add 2ml (1 vial) of supplement to 500 ml of Columbia Blood Agar Base.
