Directions
1. Aseptically add 2 ml of ethanol to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C along with 50ml Egg Yolk Emulsion and pour in sterile petriplates.
3. Add 2 ml ( 1 vial) of supplement along with 50ml Egg Yolk Emulsion to 450 ml of Clostridium Botulinum Isolation Agar, Base(40980) .
