Directions
1. Add 33.25 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Add 19.00 gms of Disodium beta glycerophosphate.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
