Directions
1. Add 37.00 gm powder to distilled/purified water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Dispense into tubes containing inverted Durham’s tubes.
5. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
