Directions
1. Add 58.00 gm powder to distilled /purified water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
5. Cool to 45 -50°C.
6. Aseptically, add reconstituted contents of 1 vial of Yersinia Selective Supplement (15061).
