Description
The Silver stain kit is a sensitive kit to detect proteins after electrophoresis on polyacrylamide gel. This kit is based on differential reduction of silver ions that are bound to the side chains of amino acids. The staining method is capable of detecting low nanograms of proteins. The kit is consistent every time it is used and gives a low background.

5X Enhancer - 200 ml
Developing solution - 500 ml
Stop solution - 500 ml
Dilute 5X solutions to 1X before use
