Directions
1. Aseptically add 5 ml of sterile distilled water to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and dispense as desired.
3. Add 5 ml (1 vial) of VCNT supplement to 440 ml of Thayer Martin Medium Base(44521), Transgrow medium.
4. Add 5 ml (1 vial) of VCNT supplement to 250 ml of GC Agar Base(72464)
