Directions
1. Aseptically add 5 ml of sterile 0.2N Sodium hydroxide to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and dispense as desired.
3. Add 5 ml (1 vial) of Sulpha supplement to 500 ml of Brilliant Green Agar Base w/ Phosphates(14980), Brilliant Green Agar w/1.2% Agar, Brilliant Green Agar, Modified.
