Cultural Response
Inoculate the tubes with 2 hr old culture with the following organisms. At time zero and after 30 minutes at room temperature, subculture onto Tryptone Soy Agar using pour plate technique. Incubate the plates at 35 ± 2°C for 18-24 hours. After 24 hours of incubation observe the plates for growth

Directions
