Directions
1. Add 30.00 gm powder to 1.0 liter of distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. If desired, adjust pH to 8.4.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
5. Cool to 45-50°C, aseptically add 0.5% sterile dextrose solution if required.
