Description
This product is a Taq DNA polymerase based 2xMaster mix for real time PCR which contains all components except for the primer. This reagent is applicable for intercalation assay with Flurogreen dye which is similar to SYBR greenI with a CAR reference dye at the final concentration of 500nM.
