Directions
1. Add 27.05 gm powder to distilled/purified water.
2. Bring volume to 500 ml.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Do not autoclave.
5. Cool to 45-50°C, add rehydrated of 1 vial of Enterococcus faecium selective supplement.
