Directions
1. Aseptically add 5.0 ml of 50.0 % Ethanol to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and pour in petriplates.
3. Add 1 vial to 500 ml media - (76366) Listeria Oxford Medium Base (Oxford Agar)
