Principle
Enzymatic digest of casein and Yeast extract provides the nitrogenous substances, fermentable carbohydrates & other essential growth nutrients for the growth of organisms. Monosodium phosphate and Disodium phosphate buffers the medium. Tergitol-7 inhibits gram positive as well as gram negative organisms other than coliforms.

Directions
1. Add 31.00 gm powder to 1.0 liter of distilled/purified water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
