Directions
1. Aseptically add 5ml of sterile distilled water to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and dispense as desired.
3. Add 5 ml (1 vial) of supplement to 1000 ml of Shigella Broth Base(94074).
