Directions
1. Add aseptically 2ml of 0.2N Sodium Hydroxide to 1 vial.
2. Mix welll and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and pour in sterile petriplates.
3. Add 2 ml (1 vial) of supplement in 1 liter of CLED Agar without Indicator.
