Description
Lambda BstEII Digest Marker is supplied as a ready-to- load preparation that contains 1mcg /10mcl . BstEII digestion of lambda DNA generates 14 fragments (in Kb) 8.4, 7.2, 6.3, 5.6 ,4.8, 4.3, 3.6, 2.3, 1.9,1.3,1.2, and 0.7 are visible. If a UV transilluminator with low sensitivity is used for detecting the DNA marker, visualizing the smallest fragments (0.22 and 0.11 kb) might require a 20 mcl load.
