Directions
1. Aseptically add 5 ml of sterile 0.2N sodium hydroxide to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptially add sterile cooled media at 40-45°C and pour in petriplates.
3. Add 5ml (1 vial) of Entreococcus selective supplement to 100 ml of MUD SF Broth alongwith sterile 1% TTC solution.
