Directions
1. Add 33.00 gm powder to distilled/purified water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 121°C at 15 psi for 15 minutes.
5. Cool to 45-500C and aseptically add 5% sterile defibrinated blood and mix thoroughly.
6. Dispense into sterile petri plates.
