Directions
1. Add 7.50 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/purified water containing 20.0 gms Glycerol and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 121°C at 15 psi pressure for 15 minutes.
